01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 1mjudy ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, content, and features available on the 1mjudy platform, whether accessed via web browser or mobile application.

By accessing our website, downloading our app, or creating a new account, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein. This acceptance takes effect on the date you first use our platform.

If you use the 1mjudy platform on behalf of another entity such as a company or organization, you hereby acknowledge that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the 1mjudy platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Not declared bankrupt or subject to any court-ordered financial management arrangement.
• Acting on your own behalf and not under the direction or for the benefit of a third party.
• Not previously banned or blocked from using the 1mjudy platform.

03 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and wins voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active phone number, and valid email address. The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before you can make your first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 1mjudy will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including our customer support staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

04 Deposits & Payments

1mjudy supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other digital payment methods. All deposits are processed almost instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed for accounts that have fully completed the KYC process. For accounts with incomplete KYC, a daily deposit limit may apply.

• All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned after processing fees are deducted.
• 1mjudy does not charge any transaction fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made in error cannot be automatically reversed; please contact customer support within 24 hours.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from the 1mjudy platform are processed within under three minutes once all conditions have been met. The key requirements are completed KYC verification and no outstanding wagering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Funds will be transferred to the bank account or e-wallet registered during the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and compliance reasons.

• Withdrawals will be reviewed to ensure compliance with bonus requirements where applicable.
• In rare cases, additional security checks may take up to 24 hours.
• Tax obligations on wins are the member's responsibility under applicable law.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions offered by 1mjudy are subject to wagering requirements specified for each individual offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• The standard wagering requirement is 20x to 35x bonus amount depends on the type of promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited automatically.
• 1mjudy reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.

07 Fair Play

1mjudy is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience for all members. All games available on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited by accredited international certification bodies.

Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game slots and casino games are available for review in their respective game details. RTP is calculated statistically over the long term and is not a guarantee of winnings in any individual gaming session.

• Any attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate gaming software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, 1mjudy reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the wagered amount to the account balance.

08 Prohibited Use

Use of the 1mjudy platform is subject to certain prohibitions to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform for all members. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Opening multiple accounts or using false identities during registration.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorized artificial methods for playing or betting.
• Any form of hacking, cyberattack, or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering through suspicious deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Sharing an account with others or transferring balances between accounts.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

1mjudy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or a request from a regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended for valid reasons, any eligible balance remaining after the investigation is concluded will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe. However, balances linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations will be fully forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through their account settings or by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance after applicable deductions will be transferred to your registered bank account.

12 Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1mjudy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our platform, including financial losses from gambling activity, service disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control, or losses resulting from unauthorized use of the platform.

13 Terms Amendment

1mjudy reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform members of material changes via in-app notifications or email.
